Howard – In Loving Memory – Edmonton Dog Photography

We first time we met Howard was the day his people were getting married. He was a dapper-fellow dressed in a doggy-tux and eagerly greeting guests (and photographers) as they readied the bride for the big day.

We met with Howard shortly after the wedding for his own indoor studio portrait session, his owners Sarah and Florin wanted to capture their hound’s distinguished side. For a dog who never really sits still, this was a challenging experience for Howard. He was, however, paid well with peanut butter snacks.

It would be an understatement to say that Howard was a big part of Sarah and Florin’s life, he was truly their fur-baby. It is with sad hearts that we announce the recent passing of Howard the miniature long hair dachshund. With only a few short years under his belt it seems he was taken too soon from his family. However short of time they had with him, he warmed their hearts and filled their days with laughter and snuggles. Rest in peace little buddy.

Thank you Howard for a great photo shoot, you were a pleasure to work with!

Thank you to Sarah and Florin who generously opened up their home for our studio session.
